• Next of Kin Information: Contact details for the person(s) you designate to receive your pension benefits in the event of your passing.

How Do We Use Your Data?

We use your data solely for the following purposes:

• To accurately calculate your pension benefits under the defined benefit scheme.
• To facilitate the secure and timely payment of your pension.
• To verify your identity when you contact PTAD.
• To pay your designated next of kin in the event of your passing (if applicable).
• Any other business as relates to the administration of the Defined Benefit Pension Scheme.

We will never sell or share your data with any third party for marketing or other commercial purposes.
